EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL PRINGLES, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS, SANCIONA CON FUERZA
ORDENANZA
ARTICULO 1º: Ratificase la suscripción del ACUERDO de Contraprestación para ——————— realizar tareas en caminos de la Red Vial de Tierra y CLAUSULA ANEXA del mismo, que como Anexo I forman parte integrante de la presente, celebrado con la DIRECCION DE VIALIDAD DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, “Ad Referéndum” del Administrador General, Ing. ARCANGEL J. CURTO y esta MUNICIPALIDAD DE CORONEL PRINGLES, representado el acto por la Señora Gerente Ejecutivo Ing. MARIA JOSE ARISNAVARRETA y el Jefe Departamento Zona XI, Ing. NESTOR O. GARCIA, y el Intendente Municipal, Dr. ALDO LUIS MENSI, respectivamente, mediante el cual la D.V.B.A. pone al servicio del Municipio y con el control del Departamento del Departamento Zona XI, una Retroexcavadora con su correspondiente operario.-
ARTICULO 2º: Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.-
