EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL PRINGLES, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA
ARTICULO 1º: Ratifícase la suscripción del CONTRATO DE COMODATO DE USO GRATUITO, que como Anexo I forma parte integrante de la presente, celebrado entre FERROSUR ROCA S.A. y esta MUNICIPALIDAD, representado el acto por el Arq. Sergio Do Rego y el Señor Intendente Municipal, Dr. MENSI Aldo Luis, respectivamente; por la utilización del galpón de cargas de 224 m2.correspondiente a la Estación Krabbe.-
ARTICULO 2º: Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.-
