POR ORDENANZA 3.617 SE APROBO UN NUEVO CONVENIO.-
EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL PRINGLES, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA
ARTÍCULO 1º: Ratificase en general el Convenio suscripto con fecha 3 de Diciembre de 1991, entre la Cooperativa Eléctrica Limitada de Coronel Pringles y la Municipalidad de Coronel Pringles por la Concesión del Servicio de Agua Corriente, y en particular con las modificaciones efectuadas por este Honorable Cuerpo. El texto definitivo del Convenio obra como Anexo I de la presente.-
ARTÍCULO 2º: Cúmplase, comuníquese, regístrese y archívese.
