EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL PRINGLES, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA
ARTICULO 1o: Ratifícase el CONTRATO DE COMODATO, que forma parte de la presente como Anexo I, celebrado entre esta Municipalidad y la Unión Ferroviaria, representada en este acto por el Señor Intendente Municipal, Dr. ALDO LUIS MENSI y el Señor RUBEN R. CONTI respectivamente, para el uso gratuito del local ubicado en Calle Uruguay esquina 56, de esa Ciudad, en un todo de acuerdo a la normativa legal que rige la materia.-
ARTICULO 2o: Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.-
