EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CORONEL PRINGLES, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE SON PROPIAS, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA
ARTICULO 1o: Ratifícase el Convenio celebrado entre el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda, representado por el Administrador General del I.V.B.A., Lic. PABLO JORGE SANGUINETTI y esta Municipalidad de Coronel Pringles, representada por el Sr. Intendente, Dr. ALDO LUIS MENSI, que como Anexo I forma parte integrante del presente, quienes acuerdan reconvenir los Convenios oportunamente firmados entre las partes, por refacciones según Anexo III de la Ordenanza No.2936/96.-
ARTICULO 2o: Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.
